How to request deletion of your data
Talk4Me accepts data deletion requests related to the WhatsApp automation platform operated by Techblood. This page is publicly available to support LGPD, GDPR, and Meta App Review requirements.
1. Send your request
Email samuel@tlk4me.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Provide enough detail
Include the WhatsApp number, company name, and any identifiers that help us locate the correct record set.
3. Response timeline
Requests are reviewed and answered within up to 30 days, subject to identity and authorization validation.
What happens after the request
After receiving the request, Techblood may ask for additional confirmation to avoid deleting the wrong account or conversation history. Once validated, we will coordinate the deletion process according to the role played by Techblood and the customer company in the relevant workflow.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes when applicable. In those cases, the requester will receive a response explaining the scope of the deletion.
